how to install kdevelop 3.2 on redhat 9 ?

Hi :)

It is my first week with redhat 9 

I want to install kdevelop 3.2

I tried to install kdevelop-3.2.2-1.0.rh90.kde.i386.rpm 

But many dependencies and conflicts happened especially with KDE and Qt 

I tried to update them put an endless recursive requirements aroused

I'm sure I'm not the first one to face the same problem

I thought this forum is the right place to ask :)

So any help will be appreciated
