/kdevelop/languages/cpp/app_templates/kpartapp/Makefile.am 
${template_DATA}.tar.gz:
should be
${templateName}.tar.gz:

I haven't figured out the missing .png files yet, but I suspect I just 
explained it.  They aren't there.
