New Template System

I reviewed the evidence, and have concluded that I'm still confused about what 
is going on here.  If I do `cd $KDEVELOP_CVS/; find . name template-chello' I 
get no hits.  If I do `locate template-chello' I see a lot of hits in  
$OLD_KDEVELOP_HOME. Am I to understand the current CVS image does not have 
the previous templates?  Do I need a previous CVS image in order to do work 
on the porting?
