Which server are you using?  This is rather strange because the one file
kdevelop/languages/cpp/app_templates/kpartapp/Makefile.am, Revision 1.3
was correctly posted Thu May 27 13:26:04 2004 UTC (43 hours, 58 minutes ago)
by geiseri, yet you and I both seem to have been missing the latest change.
I went so far as to create a new user, checkout the tree in that user's space
and build with different autotools and a different compiler.  That resulted
in exactly the same error.  I'm hitting this server:
cat repository/kdevelop/CVS/Root
:pserver:anonymous at anoncvs.kde.org:/home/kde

I'm not sure what was supposed to happen with the missing .png files. From the
looks of things, either they were meant to have been removed from the
respective Makefile.ams or they were not meant to be removed from the HEAD.
The perl script mentioned in the kbearplugin/Makefile.am is almost certainly
a whoops, the script is in the Attic where it belongs(I think).
