I think, that Ramón's splash is really good looking. I agree to Jens that 
KDevelop's current splash makes it look like a toy. But shouldn't it be 
usable as simple as a toy?

However, Ramón's splash looks way "cleaner", which could represent KDevelop's 
new stable state :-)

On the other side: if we want to change it, we would have to change it today. 
Because of the "only-show-stopper-cvs-commits" freeze tomorrow.

Just my 2 cents.
