QT Designer. Did I omit it, or was it removed?

Nope. The update of the KDE rpms didn't give me a designer icon. I just
checked, and the SuSE built KDevelop 2.x does provide a Qt Designer icon.
Anybody know the status of this? It may well be at my end. I'd just like to
know if I'm wasting my time trying to get it working.
