New UI Configuration Dialog?

The ability to configure the tab settings depends on a change to the kdelibs 
kmdi library. This change was made after the release of KDE-3.2. So, in order 
to get these options in KDevelop HEAD, you need kdelibs/kmdi HEAD.

Nothing strange going on. :)
