Hi,
I tried glucat-0.0.1 and glucat-0.1.0
They also reproduce the problem.

To reproduce:
1. Download and unzip eg. glucat-0.0.1 source directory.
2. Start KDevelop
3. Select Project->Import Existing...
4. Browse to source directory and fill in project name. Set project type to
"Generic C++ Application (Custom Makefiles)". Click OK.
5. The import apparently succeeds.
6. Quit KDevelop.
7. Start KDevelop again.
8. The status bar shows "Updating..." and all memory fills up.
9. CTRL-ALT-BACKSPACE to kill X11.
10. Log in to KDE again.
11. Start KDevelop again.
12. This time KDevelop successfully opens the project.
13. Opening a previously imported project now fills up all memory.
Best regards
