[Bug 63930] Next key on the Create New Project dialog should be enabled on valid information only

By the way -

If the user selects an already used directory for his new project, the 
application manager will complain at the ***very end*** of the setup process 
only. This is unfortunate. The application manager should react as soon as 
the Next key is pressed.

Shall I file this as a bug or will you go at it at your own?
