ROFL!
But - in some cases you're right. As an author has to take on an extreme 
(dumb) user's point of view to provide proper explanation, he has to do 
things a "normal" user never would. In this case it was keyboard navigating 
through the Create New Project dialog. (I never did that before...)
You always stumble over your own ignorance - and real silly bugs by the way - 
once you try to explain stuff you thought you had mastered in detail to the 
unwilling and ignorant.
