KDevelop CVS does not build for kde-3.1.92 - docbook

Well, sorry for the noise !

Since I am  building the KDevelop in the qt/kde-3.0.5 enviroment too, I 
had to link the doc/kdevelop/dtd to 
$KDEDIR/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/dtd to build. Which is, of 
course, obsolete for kde-3.1.x and newcoming 3.2.0.

Problem solved, I suppose.
