KDevelop CVS does not build for kde-3.1.92 - docbook

Thank you to check in the patches I've sent.
I wonder if there is any kind of problem building the docbook with CVS
KDE/KDevelop ? Namely, using the compat stuff with the kde-3.1.92 for me
causes now the following error which I would like to know how to
resolve. Is it possible that the
kde-3.1.92/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization/dtd is not good anymore ?
