KDevelop Documentation

An unfortunate side effect of having a package named kdevelop and a program 
named gideon.

I suppose there can be a workaround for this, but I'm under the impression 
(though this may change) that we're going to revert back to the name kdevelop 
once things stabilize.  Perhaps not, though, as everyone is now used to 
gideon.
