KDevelop Documentation

Ah, I didn't realize that was there! The "Help->Gideon Handbook" menu 
item doesn't work in my installation, and I assumed it was not ready for 
installation yet. The ToC in the Documentation pull out doesn't work either.

OK, I'll look into it, now I know its there.
