Bug in Watch/Variable tree

It was the 1.13 commit to parts/debugger/framestackwidget.cpp that did it. 
A change from "frameStr.latin1();" to "frameStr.local8Bit().data();" is what 
triggers this behaviour. If this really is where the actual bug is though, I 
don't know. :)
