Kdevelop setup?

No. KDevelop-3 is a rewrite, and the setup wizard wasn't rewritten. The 
program starts with a default configuration that you can reconfigure in 
the Option dialogs.
Some say a wizard like in KDevelop-2 isn't necessary at all, some say it 
would be cool to setup a certain KDevelop look&feel with a few mouse 
clicks...
