Fortran plugin in Kdevelop 3?

There is code in parts/fortransupport, a very primitive parser and a config 
widget. Don't now how good it is working, though, since it is unmaintained 
for a while.

The infrastructure and basic functionality is already there, it is just a 
matter to put some work into it and get it running. Any help would be 
appreciated, since I don't think we have a Fortran hacker currently in the 
team.
