Fortran plugin in Kdevelop 3?

Okay, thanks to Amilcar we now have a Fortran example in CVS.  I have not 
added it to the Makefile.am to build during compile time, so we can debug it 
a little before forcing everyone to build it.

To turn it on, you'll need to edit /parts/appwizard/Makefile.am, and add 
"fortranhello" to the list of SUBDIRS.  Then do the normal magic (make -f 
Makefile.cvs, configure, make) and you should have a nice part to start with.
