kdex.dtd and index.docbook build issue

Does the workaround in http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=52870 help?
Check the "catalog" file in $KDEDIR/share/apps/ksgmltools2/customization, does
it point to the right files? Does replacing that file with the one from the
current CVS help?
