Searching in documentation fix

Hi,

  I was complaining about not be able to search in documentation since some
time. I found that the problem was cause by the kdevelo-htdig application, so
the problem itself was in the database generation. r.1.14 of htdigindex.cpp
introduced the problem. The attached patch restores the database generation
and enables the search functions again. The only drawback is that the
generated database is  92MB instead of 5MB that was before (but it's not
bigger than the one generated with Alpha4A). Was the intention of r1.14 also
to reduce the database size, or it was just a mistake? The commit log says
that it was a contributed patch and the pupropse of that was to read the
config from the kdocviewtreerc, enable the Cancel button and use some
sections from the config file. But it also changed the htdig.conf generation
which led to the database building problem.
Anyway an idea to reduce the database size is welcome, as it takes up too much
space in the current form. But I'm not a htdig/htsearch guru.

May I commit?

PS: I've also added the 9002 debug area to kdDebug calls and two extra debug
calls to the doctreeview. But the important is the change in htdigindex.cpp,
line 353 and 435.
