patch for trollproject

Hi, (my first mail to this list)

Here is a patch for 'parts/trollproject/trollprogectwidget.cpp'.
It improves the handling of the CONFIG value in .pro files.
If a lib/requirement isn't selected it will be excluded and can't be 
linked now.
