[PATCH] Autoproject/AddSubProjectDlg

Hi,

this patch fixes creation of subprojects in autoproject. Some very occult 
things have been done there, when trying to create the necessary dir and 
file. However, for me this patch does fix the creation of the subdir and the 
Makefile.am, the execution of automake fails afterwards. It complains about 
not being able to write Makefile.in, which I don't understand because the 
path automake gives there is perfectly valid. Maybe someone can check if the 
same problem occurs on other systems.
