qmake projects

[Jakob Simon-Gaarde/Trapsoft Inc]

I have commited changes to the appwizard templates qmakeapp and
qmakesimple. They now install nicely and should appear under [C++] ->
[QMake Projects]-category as choices when starting a new project.
