Gideon release, again

I attempted a gideon build yesterday with a fresh checkout from cvs
using qt-3.0.4 and KDE-3.0.4 from the KDE_3_0_BRANCH. 

The compilation fails, there are so many things broken, besides the
qeditor, that I didnt even attempt to fix anything. 

If there is serious interest in getting this to work with the stable
KDE branch I will go ahead and send a log.
