I attempted checking qt 3.0.3 just now but I have too many other system 
dependencies on 3.1.0 and unfortunately I can't break that for the time 
being.  If you or someone else wants to check < 3.0.5 please do (if removing 
qeditor is the only holdup, then let's do it).

 I'm going to officially say "qt >= 3.0.5 and kde >= 3.0.3 but may also work 
with qt = 3.0.4 and 3.0.3 with minor tweaking" unless I hear otherwise from 
someone on the list.

If anyone has any last minute fixes they'd like to get in by tomorrow let me 
know.  I've double checked compilation today and fixed any problems that I've 
run into.  I'd like to tag tomorrow - I've got some release information 
almost ready to go and Dirk Mueller said he'd be happy to help with the 
backend stuff of the release.
