kfile doesn't exist anymore in KDE 3, the classes that it formerly
contained are now in kio.
I wonder what the kdevelop directory above is. If it's the subdirectory
just below the toplevel one, you do not need it for gideon (you can
also disable it completely with --disable-kdevelop).
