Bug#39899: file protocol died unexpectedly, rational clearcase

Joe,
I used to work with clearcase and I never got this to work, the reason
for this is that clearcase very likely mounts its virtual filesystem
and that KDE hangs on that since I dont believe that the ioslave is
able to handle that.
My suggestion is to either work with copies of the views or to set the
view before you start KDevelop.
