gideon: KEditor is gone

Hi all,

I just migrated the parts to KTextEditor. I removed all code related to 
KEditor. 

I did test all parts but the PHP code completion, as I never used it. I tried 
to do the same as in CPP code completion, and that one works again.

There is also some KEditor stuff in javasupport/kdejava. This does not get 
built on my system, and it seems like that files are auto-generated, so I 
have left it alone for now.
