final fix or whatever :) (Re: classview hierarchy)

Hi,

I think I fixed it later today. If there are folders that don't show up in the
folder view let me know. I ditched my method to sort things because I couldn't
get it to work at all, thanks to QListViewItem::sortChildren()

I now presort directory names as you have been doing and I additionally use a 
map to keep track of last items because the other method didn't work for some 
reason; this should be fast enough.

I tested it with two large projects including gideon itself, it now seems to 
work.
