PATCH: crash fixed, was Re: Committed Kuba's patches

Kuba,
I reverted the patch I send earlier and applied yours which works fine.

I keep it here for a day, I have some stuff to do this afternoon with
KDevelop and if all is well I will commit tomorrow.
