Bug#37568: ctags and glimpse dont work in kdevelop

Hi,

glimpse is not included in SuSE, there is a SDB entry about it (only in German 
and French) complaining about license problems. Older versions are included 
in the /unsorted/glimpse directory of the SuSE ftp server.

Sorry, Wednesday is my last exam after that I'll try to get glimpse working 
again (it is broken on my machine, too).
