[PATCH] enable-final fix for keditor

Hello,
  The only remaining problem for --enable-final in current HEAD is the use of 
static QCString generateName() functions used in the following files:

KEditorIface.cpp
KEditorEditIface.cpp
KEditorCursorIface.cpp
KEditorDebugIface.cpp
KEditorStatusIface.cpp
KEditorUndoIface.cpp

The attached patch fixes this problem, and makes enable-final work.
