Sorry for not following up earlier. I am not doing that work exclusively for 
kdevelop. I agree that it might not be useful for code completion either, 
that certainly isn't something that sourcenav provides for.

I maintain sourcenav for debian. I thought the code was interesting so I'm 
trying to make it survive. If the results are satisfactory, I will make a 
plugin for gideon that uses the functionality. It's just a side project. ;)
