3.0 RELEASE: Heading RC1

Hi,

This is comming from kde-core-devel at kde.org.
Do we need to do anything in KDevelop-2.1 for this release?
Ralf, will everything work as good as during the KDE3-beta1 release? I
mean the double-packaging for KDE2 and KDE3?
You know we're bundled with KDE releases.
