Removed Qt2 support from Gideon

Hi everyone,

I've compiling gideon yesterday and it's boken for me. I use a snapshot from 
06.01.2002 und KDE 3 beta 1. The compiling of the *.kidl fails. It seem that 
the option --no-signals not exists in dcopidl2cpp for KDE 3 beta 1 is that 
right? I delete the option fron the makefiles and all compiling correctly :o)

Does everyone had make a distclean in the last days?
