Another bug in KDE MDI template app -> crash on file->openRecent ?!

I solved the "by the ways"...
now in the templates there are the missing includes.

On my system latest KDE3beta cvs and qt-copy cvs the problem isn't 
reproducable... but this means nothing.
Maybe someone else with more kde-mdi experience colud have a look.
