kdevelop.kdevprj.save for KDE-2 and KDE-3 are different

Hi Roland,

I will have a look at kdevelop.kdevprj.save.
And I will check also if -lkfile is included, because the admin-dir 
should care about this, that there wouldn't be any need of a different 
kdevelop.kdevprj.save.
