Codecompletion - Project options?

Hi,
I agree with Walter. I also think Codecompletion isn't
a property of the KDevelop project but a general
setting of KDevelop. I usually have 20 library
projects here for that I don't want to configure
codecompletion new with every new loaded project.

Please, move the settings tab page to
Options-->KDevelopSetup.
