Codecompletion - Project options?

Hi Roberto, hi all,

with the actual CVS version I found out that there is now codecompletion 
switchable for projects...
is it intended to make these project options?

IMHO it should be in KDevelop Setup and not for every project 
switchable. Am I wrong?
