Exceptions etc. .... free for testing

Hi guys,

I've implemented a new options dialog inside "Project Options", which 
allows to change the following flags permanently for a project (because 
it patches configure.in(.in)):

- selecting the version of kde/qt you want to use for your project
  (of course you need to change also the "--prefix=" and 
"--with-qt-dir=" inside "Compiler Options", too)
- adding exceptions handling to the project
  FINALLY....
- adding some misc tests for c/c++ terminal projects to configure 
(crypt, ldopen, socket...)
  NB: in the other project-types [except gnome] this is already active
- adding (f)lex tests to configure
  NB: the library $(LEXLIB) has to be added to the corrisponding 
Makefile.am manually...
- adding yacc/bison test to configure

This works only for new projects, in the other case these settings are 
disabled, so it shouldn't break old projects.

Could somebody of you be so kind and test it with a custom project?
Falk, could you test it with a Qextmdi project?
Ralf, could you have a look at my layout of the project options for 
"corporate identity ;-)" and inform i18n that messages have changed?
