See Katex or a KDevelop HEAD branch version of about February 2001 for
an example how to merge it. Generally, you must use
QMenuBar::insertItem(QPopupMenu ....) with a fixed index position to get
it on the left-hand side of the Help menu. The rc file must contain a
place holder for the later manually inserted popupmenu.
