Bug#37600: Error found and small patch

sorry, I was too quick to reply to your mail. I couldn't apply the patch, 
because it opened a big bug: You only check, whether the names of the 
directories are identical, not whether the directories are identical.

I have a project called test with the sourcecode in the subdirectory test (as 
KDevelop generates them, for example). The subdirectory gets ignored.

test
  |---> doc
  |---> test (is ignored)
  |---> blah

Can you please rewrite your patch?
