Any plans for a alpha3 release with KDE3.1 final?

I'm afraid in my opinion kdevelop lacks configurability and features in a
lot of parts.
Especially I can't configure the editors to my satisfactory. I want to be
able to
use spaces as indent (one should always!) and I don't want autoindent.
I am compiling a list of vital needs for the time being. I will publish it
when I think
it is about ready.
It's always nice to restructure a project but we should be sure that the new
version
isn't a degrade compared with the previous.
So conclusively I think we are a long way from a beta-release
