Subject: 'add existing files' does not update cvs
From: joerg at sharky-x.de

Package: kdevelop
Version: KDE 2.1.0
Severity: normal
Installed from: SuSE
Compiler: gcc version 2.95.2 19991024 (release)
OS: Linux 2.4.0 i686
OS/Compiler notes:

First I added a subdirectory to my project manually in the 'Files' tab. Right clicked into the project folder and then clicked 'Add Folder'. Folder is created but not updated in CVS. Now I wanted to execute 'Project/Add existing files' to put all my sourcefiles into the KDevelop project. Everything fine, except KDevelop does not create the directory and files in the CVS repository automatically. I have split my sources into lots of subfolders so this is kind of annoying now.
