(I think this applies to KDevelop 2.0 -- it's from the kdevelop.pot file in 
kde-i18n CVS.)

I browsed the updated kdevelop.pot file and noticed the many languages and 
language codes from the file caddnewtranslationdlg.cpp. Have you used an old 
list? I can't find my language in there ("no_NY", "Norwegian (Nynorsk)") even 
though it was in the official KDE 2.0 release, and the language that was 
called "Norwegian" in KDE 1.x is now "Norwegian (Bokmål)" (still code "no"). 
I suggest you have a look at the list of translation teams at 
http://i18n.kde.org/teams/.
