Objective-C support in KDEVELOP_2_BRANCH

Richard,

I will try to get KDEVELOP_2_BRANCH stable real soon now and start
using that for every day work. I hope that Falk joins me in that effort
and that others will follow. 

Of course you are free to add java support to your local copy of
KDE_2_2_BRANCH, I dont think you should add that to the CVS though.
Maybe lets see whether we can just use the gideon part for that and the
problem wont even arise anyway.
