KDevelop-2.0.1 on KDE3 now

Hi,

I ported the rest of KDevelop-2.0.1 to KDE3/qt-copy. Once harryF started
that.
Now it compiles and works on both KDE/Qt versions, means you can also
use KDevelop-2.0.1 to develop for KDevelop-3.0 also on KDE3.

P.S.: Only a little fix for KDevelop's output view is still needed. I
commit that later.
