One thing I was wondering about the MDI, will this include things like tabbed
view, dockable window view and a SDI view?
Currenly I like the Kate document manager the best, with the tree. But I
find the tabs are nice for small projects.
As another side note, as the KTextEdit interfaces get implemented there are
some very powerful DCOP interfaces that will become available to our text
editor. As I was examineing these interfaces and compairing them with the
python scripting engine in KDevelop, I was wondering, what would happen if
these interfaces were also available from python.... just an idea.
If people are interested I can put the python bindings to KTextEdit in
kdebindings...
