In case the Linux New Media AG covers the train and a night at a Hotel I 
would come down to receive the award personally (and be at the KDE booth for 
two days then to be available). That would be, I take the train on the 18th 
down to Munich, be there in the early afternoon to get the award and travel 
back on the 19th in the evening so I would be on the KDE booth friday the 
whole day. Is there any policy on that to cover the costs for the travel and 
overnight expenses from Linux New Media ?
