Bug#35362: nothing appears in an already open file when opening a project

Using tab-view with hidden tree tool view and output tool view

Kdevelop won't show file contents when restoring opened files from project.

How to reproduce:
* close a project with opened files - more than one tab (*.c, html view tab, etc);
* open the project;
* click in a tab different than the already shown when project opened;
* file contents aren't show.

If you click in a different tab and come back, file contents appears.
